Our moderation team reviews and investigates all reports. Verified CSAM cases are reported immediately to the relevant legal authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (India) and NCMEC (US), as applicable. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

In accordance with Indian law, membership on Marathimala is reserved solely for individuals of marriageable age (21 years for men and 18 years for women). We verify age during the registration process and reserve the right to request additional verification if needed.
Our team actively monitors profiles, photos, and communications on the platform. Any content that violates our child safety standards will be immediately removed, and the associated account will be permanently banned.
